The company organizes regular meetings to update our agents and distributors; participates annually in tens of National and International shows; publishes a quarterly newsletter, 'Ponti News', for its clients; sends to all agents and distributors an information sheet, 'Technews'; regularly invites potential clients to our headquarters to enable them to see our organization, our production methods and the technological solutions available. | Technical assistance: The Group offers a high quality spares and assistance service which is able to meet the needs of our clients rapidly and professionally. Using a 'videoassistance' system, a client can be connected via video link to our factory, show his machine in production in such a way as to identify more easily the solution to adopt. Thanks to this system it is also possible to intervene via modem to modify the software within the machines and effect any necessary modifications.
