All our machines are composed of compatible modules, which can be freely connected, to obtain the configuration desired by the client. Adaptability
The modular construction has the added advantage that further modules can be inserted into already existing lines. Each module is completely independent, and the client has the ability, whenever he wishes, to be able to choose the correct configuration of his machine, adapting it with the necessities of his workload. Feeders
The company itself produces the feeders for all its production lines. As well as the traditional feeders, for magazines, books and inserts, the company manufactures feeders for broadsheet newspapers, large paper products, cards, credit cards, sample sachets for the chemical and cosmetics industry, sponges, cakelets etc. | | | | | |

The breadth of production of the company provides machinery for several business sectors: graphics, mailing, packaging etc. Such diversity allows us to accumulate and integrate much varied technological know-how, which enables us to manufacture vary complex lines which might include machinery from the graphics sector (film or paper wrapper), the mailing sector (ink-jet and intelligent management systems) and the packaging sector (case packers). Software
The company develops 'in house' all the software necessary for the control and management of our machines: it would not otherwise be possible to guarantee a total personalization of the machines and a complete package for the client. In particular we have developed software and hardware (PC-add) which allows for the integration onto our machines of all types of ink-jet on the market, as well as the management of any type of 'intelligence' such as: selectivity, matching, bar-code reading and OCR, production statistics, reading and management of credit cards, postalization, etc. | | Plug & Play
The company is able to manufacture extremely complex machines with 'Plug & Play', managing and integrating our line with a client's already existing machinery, not only mechanically, but also including the appropriate software. Testing
The company always asks its clients to test the machine prior to it leaving the factory, and for this to be done with sample product of the type to be used on the machine in production. The machine is despatched only when it has satisfied the client that it conforms to the characteristics requested and performs as to his requirements.
A second more detailed test is carried out once the machine has been installed in its place of work.
On both these occasions training sessions are carried out on the use and maintenance of the machine, attended by the client's machine operators. | |
